With end-of-year campaign finance reports now public for each candidate running for Orange County's 4th Supervisorial District, Fullerton Mayor Fred Jung reported holding $354,908 Cash on Hand — giving Jung a $130,000 Cash on Hand advantage above his next closest competitor.

What's more, reports also show Jung raised more between July through December than his three opponents, combined.
